Decrétalo ("Decrétalo," "we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile app that helps users create personalized manifestation audios. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use the app, our website, or contact support.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the app, and limited technical information needed to operate and improve the service.
- Account and contact information: name, email address, sign-in method, support messages, and related identifiers.
- Personalization content: goals, affirmations, preferences, prompts, mood selections, themes, text, audio settings, uploaded content, or other details you choose to use to create audios.
- Generated audio and project data: scripts, generated audio files, saved sessions, favorites, playback metadata, and app settings.
- Purchase information: subscription status, purchased product, renewal status, and transaction identifiers received from Apple, Google, or another payment provider. We do not receive full payment card numbers.
- Device, usage, and diagnostics: device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate region, crash logs, performance data, feature usage, and analytics events.
We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, calendar entries, government identifiers, biometric identifiers, or medical records unless we clearly request permission and you choose to provide that information. You should avoid entering highly sensitive information in prompts or support messages unless necessary.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, personalize, save, and sync manifestation audio projects.
- Generate scripts, voices, soundscapes, or audio files based on your inputs and settings.
- Operate accounts, subscriptions, customer support, security features, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze app performance, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and improve features.
- Send service messages, purchase notices, support responses, and optional updates if you consent.

3. AI and Audio Service Providers
To create personalized audios, we may send your prompts, selected preferences, generated scripts, or audio project data to service providers that help us provide artificial intelligence, text generation, text-to-speech, voice, audio rendering, cloud hosting, storage, analytics, or crash reporting. These providers are authorized to process information only to provide services to us or as permitted by law.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information:
- With vendors and service providers that support the app.
- With Apple, Google, or payment providers for purchases, refunds, subscription validation, and app store requirements.
- If required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.

5. Retention and Deletion

Audio projects and account data are generally retained until you delete them, delete your account, or ask us to delete them. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before deletion or anonymization.

You can control mobile permissions from your device settings. You can opt out of promotional messages using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. You may still receive service messages, such as billing or security notices.

Decrétalo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws in your location.
