These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Decrétalo, including our mobile app, website, generated audio features, support services, and related offerings (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Decrétalo helps you create personalized manifestation audios, affirmations, scripts, voice tracks, soundscapes, and related content based on prompts, preferences, and settings you provide.
The Service is intended for personal growth, reflection, motivation, and entertainment. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, professional, or emergency advice. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, manifestation result, financial result, health result, relationship result, or life change.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of prompts, affirmations, uploaded content, preferences, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant Decrétalo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, and display User Content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and support the Service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate the law, infringe third-party rights, or include harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal material.
5. Generated Content
The Service may generate scripts, audio, voice output, titles, recommendations, or other content using automated systems. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content generated for other people, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid purchase or subscription. Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store are billed by that store and are subject to its payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. You can manage subscriptions from your app store account settings.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass the security of the Service.
- Submit content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Use generated content to impersonate another person, deceive others, or create non-consensual voice or audio.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service unless we agree in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
Decrétalo and its software, design, brand, features, and documentation are owned by the Decrétalo Team or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Service.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. By using the Service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services, including app stores, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, artificial intelligence, text-to-speech, and audio processing providers. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Decrétalo Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Decrétalo Team from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless local law requires otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are important, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
